CAN I USE MY 100 SEATS ACROSS MULTIPLE LOCATIONS?

Yes. You can use your 100 seats across multiple locations, concepts, etc. - but all of your 100 employees will be grouped together in one 'User Set' within our system. For record-keeping purposes- if you need employees separated by location or business concept- you will need to purchase separate blocks of 100.

WILL SEXUAL HARASSMENT eSTART™ SATISFY MY STATE'S EMPLOYER MANDATE FOR SEXUAL HARASSMENT/HARASSMENT PREVENTION TRAINING?


Sexual Harassment eStart™ can be used to satisfy the non-supervisory sexual harassment training required by California, Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Maine and New York. Sexual Harassment eStart™ (MANAGER) meets the criteria for use by supervisory employees in California.

WHAT INFORMATION IS TRACKED BY THE LMS?


All courses end with a graded assessment that yields a personalized, traditional bordered Certificate upon successful course completion and passage of the assessment.

Account Administrators are able to view statistics and print reports on a company, store or individual level as well as print Certificates and receive annual expiration notifications for each employee/student.

DOES BASIC FOOD SAFETY eSTART™ SATISFY MY STATE FOOD SAFETY REQUIREMENT?


Typically state and county health departments only mandate what food safety programs can be used for required Managerial Certification. For most non-management food safety programs, like Basic Food Safety eStart™, you can use whatever program best suits your property's needs- as long as the content adheres to the current FDA Food Code for principles and protocol.

Basic Food Safety eStart™ is an approved solution for use in Texas and Illinois to obtain a required FoodHandler Card (TX DSHS #59, IL DPH Program #14-041).
